At the Monday, Oct. 13 BOC meeting, the Board approved Ordinance 2008-05, "...an ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania authorizing the execution of a Cable Franchising Agreement between the Township and Verizon of Pennsylvania, Inc." The ordinance passed unanimously.
