According to an article on PennLive yesterday:
"Blasting for the U.S. Route 15 project in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, will halt traffic for 15-minute intervals at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. [Wednesday] and Thursday near U.S. 15 and Lower Allen Drive...."
An alternate route may be the best alternative.
