Why should I trust putting all my passwords in one place?
Sure, it sounds counterintuitive. But the reality is your current system (reused passwords, written notes, browser-saved passwords) is far less secure than a password manager protected by one strong master password and two-factor authentication. We’ll talk through the security measures during our session so you understand exactly how it works.
What if I forget my master password?
That’s why we set up emergency access during the session. You’ll either designate a trusted person to help you recover access, or build your offline life preserver. Plus, I’ll show you how to create a master password that’s both secure and memorable.
Can’t I just do this myself with a YouTube tutorial?
Absolutely! But not everybody learns best that way, and most people find it takes five to 10 hours of trial and error. Even then, they still aren’t confident they did it right. This session saves you time, ensures you’re set up correctly, and gives you someone to answer questions when you get stuck.
Which password manager will we use?
I recommend Bitwarden for most people, but we’ll discuss your specific needs. If you already have a different preference (1Password, Google Password Manager, etc.), we can work with that too.
What if I need help after our session?
You get 30 days of email support. If you run into issues migrating additional accounts or have questions about using the password manager, just email me. I typically respond within 24 hours.
